One of Perth’s most popular streets will be closed to traffic
this Saturday for the second annual Beaufort Street Festival.
On November 12 between 12pm and 10pm
Beaufort Street will come alive with an array of music, arts, food and fashion.
Beaufort Street, running through the centre of Highgate and Mt Lawley, offers a vibrant and dynamic street culture and an eclectic mix of music, art, food and fashion in a heritage streetscape – and Beaufort Street Festival celebrates everything that’s unique about the area as one of Perth’s most cutting edge retail and cafe strips.
An estimated 50,000 people attended the first ever Beaufort Street Festival last year and in 2011 the Festival is bigger and better than ever with a MUSIC program reflecting Perth’s independent music scene; ARTS showcasing local and new innovative talent; FOOD representing the best of Beaufort Street’s café, bar and restaurant scene; and FASHION from Beaufort Street’s quirky and off-beat boutiques. -EnjoyPerth
